Reducing the environmental impact of the buildings of our customers, the real estate investors, has been the raison d’être of our company since its inception. Having a positive environmental impact is at the heart of our business model and the service we provide to our customers.
In line with our mission as an impact-driven company, we want to continuously improve our business practices based on the CSR’s pillars we defined as: organizational governance (workplace), social responsibility (human resources), environmental responsibility and community responsibility.
Organizational Governance
We have a management style that encourages our employees to get involved in the company’s activities, and their opinions are strongly taken into account during the decision-making process. We also promote an open and transparent communication with our employees and stakeholders.

Environmental Responsibility
Our environmental focus is reflected in the various measures we have adopted to reduce our business footprint. We’ve conducted an internal carbon footprint analysis to assess our CO2 emissions. In addition, we put green IT at the heart of our thinking regarding the development of our SaaS platform.
Community Responsibility
Our company frequently organizes events to discuss, with its clients and the real estate ecosystem, the topic of energy performance of tertiary buildings. Our R&D department constantly innovates and improves our solution based on the feedback and needs of our clients.
