Environmental impact of the iQspot solution

Our customers know it: iQspot has a real impact on reducing energy consumption.
iQspot also allows a concrete reduction in GHG emissions.

But by how much exactly?
And what is the net carbon benefit of the solution?

Two major questions, which beyond our own analyses, required an external response.
We also wanted to submit to a vision and methodology supported by a competent and recognized third party.

We therefore mandated the independent firm I-Care to conduct an audit and establish an impact assessment of our solution.

What are the main conclusions of this impact assessment?

L’évaluation d’impact détaillée

– 16 %

This is the average energy gain that iQspot allows to make from the first year, without work.

A result perfectly consistent with the feedback from our customers, who regularly testify to it, directly or via their Property Managers (Imodam: 15%, Humakey 21.2%, BNP Paribas REIM: 17%)

– 2,6
kgCO2eq/sqm.year

This is the average carbon gain achieved thanks to the consumption reductions mentioned.

884 per 1
net emissions avoided

This is the ratio between the CO2 spent on installing and operating iQspot and the CO2 saved by it.
